Shipping

• Mainland France: 2–4 business days via Colissimo or Chronopost. Free over €50, otherwise €6.90.
• European Union: 3–7 business days via DPD/UPS. From €14.90 depending on weight.
• UK / Switzerland: 5–10 business days. Rate calculated at checkout (customs fees borne by recipient).
• Tracking: a tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships.

Packaging

Every product is cleaned, tested and shipped in a reinforced box with shock-absorbing foam. Lithium batteries are shipped in accordance with IATA / ADR regulations.

14-day return policy

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason.

1. Notify us of your withdrawal by email at contact@3tek-europe.com.
2. Return the product in its original packaging, complete and in resaleable condition, within the next 14 days.

3. Full refund (product + standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, except for defective or non-conforming products (prepaid label provided).

Defective or non-conforming product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We cover the return and ship a replacement.
