Terms & Conditions of Sale

Effective as of the date of publication.

Article 1 — Purpose

These T&Cs govern sales of refurbished IT equipment between 3TEK Europe, SAS with share capital €5,000, SIRET 939 245 866 00016, and any customer (consumer or business) on shop.3tek-europe.com.

Article 2 — Products

Products offered are refurbished IT hardware. Each product page specifies grade (A, B or C), technical specifications and any signs of use. Photos are non-contractual.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT 20%). For customers outside the EU and EU businesses with a valid VAT number, invoicing can be VAT-exclusive. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is confirmed once the T&Cs are accepted and payment is verified. 3TEK Europe reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 5 — Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (via Shopify Payments / Stripe), PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfer (B2B only). Transactions are secured via SSL and 3D Secure.

Article 6 — Delivery

Lead times and conditions are detailed on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier; in case of visible damage, refuse the parcel or note reservations with the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. Procedure on the Shipping & Returns page.

Article 8 — Warranty

All products benefit from a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to statutory conformity warranties and hidden defect warranties. See Warranty page.

Article 9 — Retention of title

Products remain the property of 3TEK Europe until full payment is received.

Article 11 — Disputes & governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Disputes may be referred to mediation via CNPM-MÉDIATION-CONSOMMATION (see Legal Notice). Failing that, the courts of Bobigny have jurisdiction for B2B disputes.
