Warranty

All refurbished products sold by 3TEK Europe come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery, parts and labor included.

What the warranty covers

  • Motherboard, CPU, RAM and storage failures.
  • Power supply and battery defects (subject to normal wear).
  • Display defects (dead pixels above manufacturer threshold).
  • Original connector failures (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.).

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage from misuse, drops, liquids or power surges.
  • Unauthorized hardware or software modifications.
  • Normal wear (stickers, plastic finishes, battery below 80% of original capacity).
  • Loss or theft.

How to claim warranty

  1. Email contact@3tek-europe.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our technical team responds within 24 business hours with a remote diagnosis or return procedure.
  3. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid shipping label (mainland France).
  4. Repair, replacement or refund within 7 to 14 days of receipt.

Business warranty

For B2B orders (fleet > 5 units), we offer a 24- or 36-month extended warranty with on-site intervention in the Paris region. Request a quote on our Pro page.
